• In order to guarantee the rate, we should receive your foreign currency on the same day that your order is submitted. If your order is placed outside business hours, then we must receive your foreign currency by close of business the next day your selected Branch is open.
• Flexible payment methods - Choose for us to pay you by Cash or directly into your bank account (minimum £3,000).
• Special rates on large amounts - Contact us directly for a quote and for further information.
• No receipt needed - We can exchange your currency regardless of where it was originally purchased (however we may need source of funds evidence for large transactions).
• We are happy to convert large denomination notes - Larger denomination notes such as the €200, CHF1000, SGD1000 or CZK5000 are accepted, however these may be subject to a slightly different rate than published on the website. We will require a copy of your Passport for these larger denominations and multiples of these notes may require further documentation. Please contact us directly if you have any queries.
